﹡机架部件为厚壁方管整体焊接，人工时效床体，坚固不变形，刚性好。所有传动部件装配面经过严格的精加工处理，保证精度。

﹡纵向导轨由两根直线导轨，滚珠丝杆等组成。机械纵向操作时沿此导轨运行，两节导轨中间装直径32mm的滚珠丝杆，丝杆螺母装在龙门结构的螺母架上，通过位于机架尾端的伺服电机驱动，实现主机的纵向驱动。

售后服务和培训

1、设备验收合格后，设备保修期为1年，易损件除外，核心部件（等离子电源，电机，驱动器，控制系统）1年包换。

2、在设备整个使用期内，我司负责确保设备的正常使用。在接到用户维修要求后立即作出维修指导方案，如用户不能自行排除故障，我司及时指派专业维修人员赴用户现场提供服务。保修期内设备出现故障时，卖方接到传真或电话2小时内做出反应并按日计时（24小时加路程）到现场服务，修理工期一般不超过3天，设备保修期后终身为用户服务。

3、随机附件和易损件的规格数量以买方提供的配置清单和装箱单为准。

4、无偿对设备操作人员和维修人员进行培训，经卖方培训的人员必须达到买方的上岗要求。

5、提供销售一条龙服务，免费提供在供方的设备吊装，木箱包装，装车捆扎，确保品安全抵达需方。

6、免费为用户进行设备安装、调试及培训工作（用户应于以适当的人力物力协助供方吊装和安装设备）。

7、设备保修期以用户验收日起为计日起点。

8.到买方报修通知后, 卖方应在 1小时内作出反应,  如买方不能自行解决,  卖方人员48小时内到达现场。
