结构特点 / STRUCTURAL FEATURES

◆机床采用龙门式布局,由双立柱、横梁及床身组成封闭式高刚性框架结构。

◆横梁采用阶梯梁结构,局部镶贴钢导轨,使用滚动块,整体刚性强,力学性能好。

◆磨头主轴采用动静压轴瓦结构,寿命长、运动精度高、抗振性能好等优点。

◆工作台采用油缸驱动,可无级调速、运动平稳噪音小；液压站主电机采用伺服电机,流量随电机转速变化,节能高效。

◆立磨头回转采用端齿盘定位,一度一分。加工范围大 ,能满足大型、特大型工件精加工的需求。

◆专用人机交互界面,操作简单高效。
